Repair Dept. Policies


In the event that you are unable to pick up your instrument after having it repaired, please contact us.

We try to be as flexible as possible with our customers–especially when we are kept in the loop–but we are unable to provide long-term instrument storage.

• Jon Baltimore Music Company, Inc. is not responsible for instruments left over 60 days. Instruments left over 60 days may be sold or rented to cover the cost of repairs.
• No instruments will be released without the claim check issued at the time of drop-off. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Jon Baltimore Music Company, Inc. is not responsible for goods lost through fire or theft.
